Christmas 2010: For the Piha Cafe's 2nd Xmas they had Christmas Carols featuring, again, some of the singers from the Trinity Cathedral Choir. They are the nicest people and really enjoy coming to Piha and leading the singing for us.
After the singing who should arrive but 'Santa' much to the delight of the children waiting patiently.
I really hope you enjoy these photos of the children of Piha, their Mums and Dads, grandparents, aunts and uncles. There were also surfers, lovers, couples and friends . . . all just enjoying the best the Piha Community has to offer.
This is why I fought so hard for a Cafe . . . the boys said they wanted to give to our community and I, with others, believed them and they have surely come up with the goods : thanks guys.
These are the memories todays children will remember and treasure as adults.
