Visitors Policy Black Sands Lodge Piha: : For the comofrt of all guests visitors are strictly by prior arrangement and may be charged a small amount for facilities. Please note that the property is unsuitable for children under 12yrs for safety reasons.

The Small Print / Cancellation and Booking Policies

The Kauri & Tui Suites

Minimum 2 night stay over weekends or 3 nights any time during High Season. Credit Card details must be received within 12 hours of booking to hold confirmed Cancellations within 10 days of stay attract 100% cancellation fee.and within 15 days of stay a 50% cancellation fee.

Full payment will be charged to your credit card 15 days prior to your intended arrival. Should both Suites be booked together for high season a 25% non refundable deposit will be charged 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Piha Beach Cabin:

Credit Card or deposit must be received within 24 hours of booking to hold. Cancellations within 10 days of stay attract 50% cancellation fee, inside 3 days 100%

Full payment will be charged to your credit card 15 days prior to your intended arrival.

* All bookings For stays Dec 20th - Feb or for any other stays longer than 4 nights require a 50% deposit upon confirmation.
